In addition to our specialised ability to fabricate OGEE and Box Gutters for application to complicated structures Watertite can also manufacture gutters to any profile and size you need (except for curved bends) up to a girth of 1,500mm. We do this on a supply only basis or we undertake the actual installation.

Purpose made gutters are manufactured in lengths, with butt to butt strap joints that are riveted on and silicone sealed.  The gutters are manufactured in mill finish aluminium or can be epoxy coated internally, externally or both to any colour as per the Vedoc colour chart.

Standard Sheet Sizes:
2000mm x 1000mm x (0,9mm,  1,2mm  or  1,6mm)
2500mm x 1250mm x (0,9mm,  1,2mm  or  1,6mm)
3000mm x 1500mm x (1,2mm,  1,6mm  or  2,0mm)

When you design your gutter, please take note of the sheet sizes to minimise wastage. Try and use either a full sheet or have it cut in half or other equal sections utilising the whole sheet.

Watertite also work in conjunction with a lot of roofing and waterproofing companies. If you have an old building, we can arrange to have to roof lifted to enable the replacement of old gutters. Watertite will also get a reputable waterproofer to do waterproofing where required.
